We’re on State Highway 2, about 7 minutes from Pokeno township.

Once you pull into the driveway, head down the drive and take the second driveway on the right (you will see an old train carriage.). Head up that driveway and the cabin will be located to the right. 

There is 2 parking bays. When you arrive, if no other car is there, please park as far left or right as possible so other clients can fit.

I recommend reversing in if possible as it is quite narrow.  Please be careful going up/down the driveway as it is a shared driveway and there may be other cars coming and going.  

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations may incur 50% of the treatment cost.  

Male clients booking for themselves require a referral from an existing client before treatment will be considered.

Mobile treatments are available for group bookings of four or more, as well as for corporate bookings in and around Bombay, Drury, Karaka, Mangatawhiri, Pukekohe, Pokeno, and Tuakau. Please note that we do not offer mobile bookings for individuals.

Not all treatments are available for mobile bookings.

Please get in touch for more information as this option is not available to book using our online booking system.

 Consult forms are only required for the first booking for each new client and you may need to do a different one for specific treatments e.g dermplanning. This ensures a safe approach to your treatments based on any contraindications or medical issues. All information is kept confidential. 

 Currently for group bookings (2 or more people), they will be done to back to back as at the moment there is just 1 therapist. This may change in the future though. 

If you buy online from Timely it will be a digital voucher that will be emailed to the recipient immediately. If you would prefer a physical voucher, please get in touch with us and we can organize this for you.

Please note that vouchers are available only as a value amount, not for specific treatments. The recipient can use the voucher for products and services only. No cash change will be given, but credit can be added to the account, which will expire at the same time as the original voucher.

There are a few different options currently availble. 

We do have eftpos for  eftpos/credit cards. There is a surcharge for credit cards (PayWave & inserted)/swiped) and debit cards using paywave but not for eftpos/debit cards being inserted/swiped.

We also offer Afterpay and accept cash. If paying by cash, please have the exact amount as no cash is kept onsite.

As I am usually with clients, I wont be able to answer any phone calls until the end of the day. You can either email tranquilbeautynz@gmail.com , TXT  020 4099 4735 or direct message via Facebook or Instagram  to make a booking and I will be in touch as soon as possible. 

You can also use the online booking system by clicking the book now button. 

Due to past experiences of no-shows, primarily from new clients, we now require a 50% booking fee for all new clients. This deposit must be paid within 24 hours of booking to secure your first appointment. Subsequent bookings will not require a deposit. The amount paid will be deducted from your treatment price on the day of your appointment.

Failure to make this payment will result in the cancellation of your booking. If you hold a voucher, simply provide us with the code as your deposit.

Please note that the booking fee is nonrefundable but can be put towards rescheduling if you inform us at least 24 hours before your appointment.
